The Christmas Sips & Snacks Wine Pairing Event takes place on December 5 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Waterfront Ballroom at Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa. Guests will enjoy six gourmet dishes prepared by Chefs With Thyme, paired with three wines and three sparkling selections from Haywire Winery. The event includes pairings such as Lemon Honey Poached Prawn with sparkling Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and Red Curry Chicken Satay with Gamay Rosé. Tickets are $59 per person (plus taxes and fees) and must be purchased in advance. Set on the shores of Okanagan Lake, this festive event offers a cozy, lakeside holiday atmosphere.
